Passive House is all the rage . Passive built residential and commercial buildings are more comfortable, healthier to live and work in, and more energy efficient than conventional construction. Were Belmont to adopt the Specialized Energy Code at this Fall Town Meeting all multi-family residential buildings, including affordable units, will be built to Passive House standards.
